We are seeking a Board-Certified or Residency-Trained Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary team, and helping shape the future of specialty medicine.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
- Board Certified (DACVIM) or Residency-Trained and Board-Eligible in Small Animal Internal Medicine
- Passion for advanced patient care and collaborative medicine
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in mentoring colleagues and contributing to hospital growth

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation Highlights:
- $200,000-$250,000 guaranteed base salary
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- 25% production compensation
- Relocation assistance
