Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and committed to making a meaningful difference in people's live.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligible for licensure before start date)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered, one-on-one care.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with patients, physicians, and community partners.
• Brings a positive attitude, integrity, and a growth mindset every day

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• Interest or experience in vestibular rehabilitation, balance disorders, fall prevention, or neurological rehabilitation.
• Certification or advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation, or pelvic health are a plus, but not required.
• Dry Needling certification is a plus
