Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
We're looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and committed to making a meaningful difference in people's live.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Pennsylvania PT license (or eligible for licensure before start date)
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Strong clinical reasoning and evidence-based treatment skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered, one-on-one care.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills
- Ability to foster positive relationships with patients, physicians, and community partners.
- Brings a positive attitude, integrity, and a growth mindset every day
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
- Interest or experience in vestibular rehabilitation, balance disorders, fall prevention, or neurological rehabilitation.
- Certification or advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation, or pelvic health are a plus, but not required.
- Dry Needling certification is a plus
- New graduates with a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.
