Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential in a collaborative, supportive environment? Therapy Works is seeking a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L or COTA/L) to join our growing private practice in St. Cloud, Minnesota.
At Therapy Works, we specialize in sensory integration and myofascial release, providing individualized, evidence-based care that empowers children and their families. Our multidisciplinary team includes occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and behavioral health services, allowing us to deliver comprehensive, collaborative care under one roof.
Whether you're an experienced pediatric therapist or looking to expand your skills, we'd love to hear from you. Sensory integration and pediatric experience are preferred, but we are happy to provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will:
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with children, families, and caregivers.
Perform comprehensive evaluations using evidence-based practices and complete timely, accurate documentation.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide engaging, child-centered therapy sessions.
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs to support continued progress.
Document treatment sessions and monitor patient outcomes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current Minnesota Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility for licensure).
NBCOT certification, or eligibility to become NBCOT certified with a temporary license.
Pediatric and sensory integration experience is preferred but not required.
