About Recoupia

Recoupia Spa & Holistic Wellness is a boutique wellness studio in Lynnwood offering facials, massage, bodywork, recovery services, and holistic wellness support. We combine spa services, therapeutic bodywork, recovery support, and holistic wellness education to help clients feel restored, cared for, and supported.

We opened in May 2026 and are actively building our client base, with consistent facial and wellness bookings already in place. We are a small, focused team committed to quality care and a calm, professional environment.

The Role

We are looking for a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist who enjoys providing thoughtful, client-centered massage in a calm, professional spa environment. This is a great fit for someone who values quality over volume, enjoys therapeutic and restorative work, and wants to grow with a small, supportive wellness team.

At Recoupia, our goal is to create a relaxing, professional, and caring experience for every client. We are looking for someone who is skilled, dependable, warm, and able to personalize each session based on the client’s needs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customized massage sessions, including Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, recovery-focused, and other modalities based on your training
• Conduct brief client intake and adjust each session to the client’s goals and comfort level
• Support clients with simple aftercare recommendations, such as hydration, stretching, and self-care
• Maintain accurate client notes and follow Washington State massage therapy requirements
• Keep the treatment room clean, organized, calm, and professional
• All treatment rooms, linens, and massage supplies are provided — arrive ready to focus on the client
• Provide a safe, respectful, and nurturing client experience
• Work collaboratively with the Recoupia team when appropriate

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Active Washington State Massage Therapist License in good standing
• Strong hands-on massage skills
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Warm, client-centered communication style
• Ability to build trust and provide a high-quality client experience
• Interest in wellness, recovery, stress relief, and whole-person care
• Comfortable working in a boutique spa/wellness environment

Preferred, But Not Required

• 2+ years of hands-on massage experience
• Experience with therapeutic massage, chronic tension, recovery, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, or relaxation-focused massage
• Interest in holistic wellness, nervous system support, or restorative care
• Experience in a spa, wellness clinic, chiropractic office, or multidisciplinary setting
