Requirements

What You’ll Do as a Senior Clinician 

As a Senior Speech pathologist at SuperYou, you will:

• Lead complex cases across NDIS, paediatric and adult settings, using advanced clinical reasoning
• Provide clinical mentorship and supervision to emerging clinicians, sharing your expertise
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and support networks to deliver meaningful outcomes beyond the therapy room.
• Contribute to service development, including protocols, practice resources and quality improvement initiatives
• Deliver high quality and evidence based speech pathology services across home, school, work and community settings
• Participate in professional development and contribute to SuperYou’s clinical community of practice.

What We’re Looking For 

Essential 

• SPA registration as an Speech Pathologist
• 3–5+ years post-registration experience with demonstrated depth in SP practice
• Experience with complex cases and ability to work with autonomy
• Supervision or mentoring experience (formal or informal and willingness to develop in this area)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• WA Driver’s Licence (or willing to obtain).

Desirable 

• Experience working in NDIS-funded services
• Additional qualifications or specialisations (Dysphagia and mealtimes, AAC, social communication skills etc..
• Interest in leadership, clinical governance or service development
• Experience in hybrid/telehealth service delivery.
