Requirements
What You’ll Do as a Senior Clinician
As a Senior Speech pathologist at SuperYou, you will:
Lead complex cases across NDIS, paediatric and adult settings, using advanced clinical reasoning
Provide clinical mentorship and supervision to emerging clinicians, sharing your expertise
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and support networks to deliver meaningful outcomes beyond the therapy room.
Contribute to service development, including protocols, practice resources and quality improvement initiatives
Deliver high quality and evidence based speech pathology services across home, school, work and community settings
Participate in professional development and contribute to SuperYou’s clinical community of practice.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
SPA registration as an Speech Pathologist
3–5+ years post-registration experience with demonstrated depth in SP practice
Experience with complex cases and ability to work with autonomy
Supervision or mentoring experience (formal or informal and willingness to develop in this area)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
WA Driver’s Licence (or willing to obtain).
Desirable
Experience working in NDIS-funded services
Additional qualifications or specialisations (Dysphagia and mealtimes, AAC, social communication skills etc..
Interest in leadership, clinical governance or service development
Experience in hybrid/telehealth service delivery.
