Job Description
As a Protein Packaging Center Lead, you’ll play a critical role in our production environment, operating and monitoring equipment to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality food packaging. You’ll be responsible for setting up and maintaining machinery, performing routine checks and troubleshooting minor issues to keep operations running smoothly. This position requires strict adherence to USDA and food safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.
Beyond hands-on production, you’ll supervise daily workflows, mentor team members and serve as the key operational point person when the department manager is unavailable. From optimizing inventory to reducing waste and improving processes, this role combines technical skill with leadership and continuous improvement.
If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, value precision and enjoy working as part of a team committed to feeding our neighbors, this is your opportunity to make an impact—one package at a time.
