Our Values:
Balance
Balance is the key to developing well-rounded people. Effort balanced with rest. Competition balanced with camaraderie. Individual achievement balanced with growth of the community. Grace in balance with grit. Form in balance with Forge.
Tenacity
Tough times don't last; tough people do. Growth begins where comfort ends. It's the strength to persevere with determination and resilience, never backing down in the face of adversity.
Accountability
Accountability is honoring commitments. It's taking responsibility for our actions, and expecting the same from others. Fostering a culture of accountability; between staff, youth adults, and the facility itself - builds trust and ensures that everyone grows together.
Trust
Trust in others and trust in yourself. Trust is earned through consistency, reliability, honesty, and respect. It's about showing up for the people who rely on you. Trust gives one the confidence to act fearlessly and with purpose.
Humility
Humility is letting actions speak louder than words. It's having a modest view of one's own importance, recognizing your strengths and weaknesses without letting pride or arrogance overshadow the respect you have for yourself, others, and the community.
Not Just a Club. A Movement.
Built for Kids. Made for Generations.
The Farm & Forge Club isn’t just about sports or fitness—it’s about community, character, and contribution. We believe in training the full human, not just the athlete. Through youth development programs, performance coaching, and multigenerational engagement, we’re creating something bold and lasting.
